If you add a new payment method on your phone, it's available on desktop too. This means you can manage your account from anywhere, and your preferences stay consistent.

On elangqq mobile, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner to access Account Settings. From there, you can reach any setting without scrolling through multiple screens.

Accessing Account Settings

On Android, open our APK app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. On iOS, open Safari, navigate to elangqq.app, log in, and tap your profile icon. Both paths lead to the same Account Settings interface. From there, you'll see tabs for Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Notifications, and History.

Updating your profile

Your profile includes your email, phone number, full name, and date of birth. We require this information for account verification and to comply with local regulations. To update your profile, tap "Profile" in Account Settings, make your changes, and confirm. If you change your email, we'll send a verification link to your new address—click it to confirm the change.

  2. Edit your email, phone, or personal details.
  3. Tap "Save" to confirm your changes.
  4. If you changed your email, verify the new address through the link we send.
  5. Your updated profile syncs across all devices within seconds.

Managing payment methods

We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. In Account Settings, tap "Payment Methods" to add a new payment option or remove an old one. When you add a payment method, we verify it with a small test transaction—this ensures the account is active and belongs to you.

You can set a default withdrawal method so your winnings go to the same account every time. If you want to withdraw to a different method, you can change it anytime in Account Settings. We never charge fees for adding or removing payment methods.

We recommend changing your password every few months and enabling two-factor authentication for extra protection. Your login history shows every device that has accessed your account, including the device type, location, and login time. If you see a login you don't recognize, tap "Log Out All Other Sessions" to end all active sessions except the current one. Then change your password immediately.

Notification preferences

In Account Settings, tap "Notifications" to customize which alerts you receive.
